ARCHISTAR ACHIEVER PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is The Institute of Digital Design Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 62143137115) of Suite 601, 1 Castlereagh Street Sydney, NSW, 2000. Telephone 02 9899 5247
3. The promotion starts at 6am AEST on 1/5/18 and final entries must be received no later than 8:00pm AEST on 10/05/18 (Competition Period).
4. The "Archistar Achiever promotion" (Prize) will only have one winner.
5. Entry to the competition is open to all Archistar Academy subscribers; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.
6. To be eligible to enter the "Archistar Achiever promotion", entrants must complete an entry form online.
7. Prize winners are selected on the evening of 10^th May 2018. Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 5 business days of selection.
8. This prize is non-transferable in part and/or whole between persons, nor can it be exchanged for an alternative prize.
9. Under no circumstance is the prize in part and/or whole able to be redeemed for cash.
10. The Prize is valid for one complimentary 12 month software access licence.
11. The Promoter is exempt from any responsibility as a result of the outcome from the event. The actions carried out by the winner and the outcome as a result of the event and/or advice provided by the Promoter is the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
13. This is a game of skill and the best answer in the judge's opinion will be the winner. The judge's decision is final and binding.
14. All prize winners agree to the use of their name, company and any supplied and/or publicly shared images of the prize being used by the Winner to be used by the Promoter for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
15. All entrants to the competition agree to be contacted by the Promoter from time to time via marketing material about products and services that may interest them. Should you not wish to receive marketing material, email info@idda.com.au to opt out from all future marketing material.
16. All prize winners must cover their own costs to participate.
